supervise subrogation actions. In the past two years, the firm
has prosecuted and defended multiple actions with recovery
values exceeding $1 million. |

Mr. Sudekum, Mr. Cassidy and Mr. Shulruff handle and supervise recovery
actions under the Illinois Insurance Fraud Statute. Since the
enactment of the Statute in January of 1993, the firm has
represented numerous insurers pursuing recovery actions. Mr.
Sudekum has obtained arbitration
awards, prosecuted successful
recovery suits and obtained settlements under this statute. He
has
also represented insurers in cases where law enforcement
agencies have been interested in pursuing criminal sanctions for
the violation of the Illinois Fraud Statute. |
